Thanks guys for all the imput. I'm not sure if anyone can help me on this. When the key is in the "ON" position dash lights are working except the signal light indicators come on but are very dim ( the flasher & the outside lights are flashing fine) (This is the same with the Hazzard switch)...

Cam was installed in 1970 340 4 speed in 1988. Motor is running fine so don't want to pull it apart. Can someone tell me about the cam from this paperwork thanks.

So, this may help someone else. I fixed my door lock. The metal piece (with that red grommet) that stops the door handle was bent out. The picture shows the red grommet that has the rod that goes up to the lock "this does pull out". I had to remove lower screw from the window rail and loosen the...

So , Thanks I got it in by taking out the lock now I realize I have more problems the key nor the lock button locks the door. So I will have to pull the latch and check it out. It looks like the piece that is supposed to stop the push button from opening the door is bent.Has anybody else had...

Finally drove our new 1970 Swinger. WOW so much more power than the 318. With 4 speed and possy traction it will lay rubber through all 4 gears. SOOO much fun.Just got to fix a brake leak ...... so I can stop.

My 1970 Swinger 340 4 speed has an Edelbrock 1406. IF I was going to change it should I go back to the original Carter or is the new Edelbrock a better carb.

The back up lights come on but the dash"reverse" light doesn't . Where does it get power from? the electrical diagram show it from bulkhead disconnect "C" is that the only connection on "C" or does it go from there to rear lights ? Thanks

Hi, I picked up a single snorkel air cleaner with a trap door on the bottom to put on my 71 Scamp now that we have an Edelbrock 1406 carb. What does the orifice on the back of the air cleaner attach to. Any pictures would be appreciated. Thanks
