This is the one I used to add a Go-Wing on my daughter's '71 Demon. The deck lid was already cut on the backside. I'm guessing the the mounting location is the same for a Gull Wing. At any rate, this at least gives you an idea of the mounting location. Bill

Yes, it will fit both those years. As far as I know, the lower part of the dash is the same for standard dash and Rallye dash.

I just checked my drip rail moldings and yes, I do see evidence of the green marker line on the inside.
