While the crank spacer is being made i installed the oil line that goes from the oil sending unit to the SC. Then i decided to pull the oil pan down so i can weld the oil return bung on . The install papers said to punch a hole in the oil pan with a punch & the insert they give you would make...

yea i plan on it from what i can tell from the install pics & pics on summit web site the SC crank pulley is the same dia. as the original crank pulley. The crank pulley i have is bigger & the SC crank pulley fits inside it. Also from everyones pics the water pump pulley they are showing is...
The guy i bought it from bought it new from summit racing. The car he bought it for he ended up selling. Its all new never used. The install parts were still in the bags.
I got the bright idea of buying and installing a paxton supercharger on my 360. I figured it would be cheaper than having someone rebuild it with higher compression and get a little more HP out of it. First off some of the bracket spacers were not long enough. Luckly i have a friend who has a...
Now that i have the fuel system taking care of for my supercharger build. Im thinking ill need to upgrade my ignition. As now i have a MSD 6al box, i dont remember what the coli is, MSD 8mm plug wires, the plugs are champions 12yc.
I just ordered a Holley EFI fuel tank module 350lph from Holley. They say it handles up to 700 hp. No return required. It fits into the factory tank. Now all i have to do is pick a regulator. The way it sounds i need one with a vacuum port.
I just found a EARLS WELD LESS FUEL RETURN FITTING KIT It come with a tube so the fuel isnt just splashing in. Im hoping i can install it on the side of the tank near the top.
As for the vaccum line from the regulator i was told to put to the carb hat. As for the regulators with the return line port im not sure how im going to make that work. I just put in a new tank & sending unit before i had the supercharger idea.
This question is for those of you that are running a supercharger. I got all the right ignition parts i need. I have a Holley blue fuel pump. I am having trouble finding the right fuel regulator. Alot of them come with a return line port inwhich i dont need. They all also come with a vacuum...
I took the 850 demon carb & put on the new 750 quick fuel carb. The quick fuel carb doesnt have a port for the PCV valve line. I noticed that it smokes alittle & it smells like fuel not oil. The only difference is the carb & it doesnt have the PCV valve hooked up. Before that it didnt smoke...
On my sb aluminum intake on the front left is where i have my temp gauge mounted. I noticed that was leaking. So took the gauge prob out and started to take the adapter out and it snapped off level with the intake. Anyone have an idea how to take it out? Hope i explained it ok.
My engine was built for a supercharger. 8.5 comp It only has a few runs on it since the rebuild. I figured it would be cheaper to put a supercharger back on it than take it some where to up the comp. with new pistons ect.
My dad & i have used Champions for years & never had a problem. In fact mu dad had Champions in his 06 charger & he switched to NGKs & his gas mileage went down.
