I found myself in a sistuation where i have to sell my 67 barracuda. I dont have any currant pictures. It is 100 % rust free. It just has dents and dings. The roof up by the windshield is the worst part. It is ripply. I already have the quarters done and in primer. It has new fiberglass fenders. All the glass is nice, no scratches or nicks. All the stainless trim is nice. All the chrome except for the bumpers and door handles are nice. The grills are nice except for outer stainless trim has some dings. It has a new six pack fiberglass hood. The frame and floors are really nice. The tires. front and rear disk brakes only have alittle over 200 miles on the. All new fuel system w/ intank fuel pump. All new brake system. 17 inch wheel and tires. All new front end rebuild. The 8 3/4 rear other than the housing its self is all new. All new RMS rear suspention. TTI exhaust for TTI headers inwhich i dont have. Rebuilt 833 4spd trany. Im sure im forgetting something. lol All new carpet front and back. I have a new headliner for it. Door panels are very nice. The dash pad is very nice. All new autometer gauges. All the rubbers and seal are original but very nice. Now when it comes to the engine. I have a 67 383 block at the machine shop getting cooked cleaned and checked out. They are also boring it 30 over and putting the cam bearings in. I have a new 440 source stroker kit. I have everything for the engine except for the heads, cam, rockers, fuel pump, oil pump and some other small items. I have a new engine bolt kit. The clutch, disk and throw out bearing have alittle over 200 miles on them. The bellhousing and flywheel i do not have. I dont know what to ask for. I know im never going to get what i have in it. O the engine bay was just cleaned and painted and the engine bay wiring is hidden through the left inner fender well. Any thoughts ? I knew id forget something i have new schumacher BB shorty headers & BB engine to SB k frame

Pictures will help sell. Buyers will forget that all that glitters is not gold. A list of aftermarket brand names and parts doesn't interest some buyers at all. My 67 notch is being preped for sale. Aftermarket parts listed in the discription will be limited to tires, battery, stereo. Pictures will sell it too. Good luck with your sale
 
Is it that difficult to get a few photos?
Not trying to be rude or a jerk at all… even me who is not a technologist in this stuff can get pictures from my phone to here. I wish I was closer Wayn0 or I would be glad to help.
 
You will need photos for an ad anyway unless you have a local buyer. Just saying.
 
Without photos, your description is unfortunately typical of many uncompleted projects — you name lots of new bolt-on parts, but we have no idea of how much work remains to be done above and beyond the obvious, which is body & paint — the most time-consuming and potentially expensive part of restoration. Since the car is obviously not finished, the main factor for determining price is "how much work remains to be done"? This work could cost $10K to $30K — it's impossible to tell. And you have to subtract that from the potential asking price for a completed car.
 
As others have said, you gotta post some pictures. The words ‘nice’ and ‘very nice’ are subjective.

Since it sounds like you need to sell it, and you know exactly what parts you have and what you’ve done to it, what asking price are you thinking? We could say $5k but if you’re thinking nothing less than $20k then who cares what price we suggest? Throw us a bone!

How much if any of the rear frame/trunk floor has been cut out?

Cars that have ben cut up for "back halfing" but not finished, are some of the most difficult to sell.
 
Use craigslist, assbook marketplace, and even the classic version of autotrader to find cars in comprable condition within a 500 mile radius to get a ballpark idea.

Price it according to how fast you need to sell it. Remember, you are unlikely to get out of the car the money that you spent on it. Also remember that the people who are most likely to buy it are close to, or in retirement, which severely limits disposable income. Also also, those who have plenty of disposable income will likely not want to wrench on the engine or bang on body panels. Also also also, we are three months away from Christmas.
Without pictures, my very scientific wild *** guesstimate would be $15,000 +/- $5,000.

Personally, i love the 383. Let's face it, the 383 is the 318 of the big block world.
 
When my 67 fish hits the market,,, borderline Leven. This probably doesn’t help you. All the discription you can write won't buy a virtual appraisal without lots of pictures. Although my younger brother is a jerk, he is a professional photographer also. I sure am not. I've learned a thing or 3 from him though. Lighting is critical. A couple of lights on stands from horrible freight might be worth the coin if you cant get it out and/or up. (That nearly reads vulgar LOL) Good pictures will make a difference. Beware that shadow man. Good luck

People here will have no problem with that . Bondo on the quarters to staighten out some dents . I'm not even gonna ask how big of dents and how deep because no one here would consider that a factor . They just like to see the cars on the road.

Nothing wrong with filler. Just don't fill a 1 square foot dent that is 2"deep with it and then paint over it. Everybody, even the high dollar restoration shops, use body filler. Just do it right. Also, I will say that it is very worthwhile to use good quality filler; not Bondo. Bondo is OK, but I only use Evercoat Rage Gold. It mixes and spreads nicely and sands easily. Bondo will work OK, but it is a bit harder to spread and harder to sand.
 
Yes, as others have stated, we need pictures, pictures, and more pictures, from all angles.
From the description, it sounds like a decent project with a lot of potential for sure.
How's the paperwork?
Free and clear with title in hand?
That makes a huge difference.
My estimate with what has been described by you would be 10 grand or so as is... (if the paperwork is in order.)
It could be more if you find the right buyer...
