Does anyone know if there's enough area around the port of the Weiand 1987 T-Ram to be opened to MW Indy -EZ heads?

I'll put this here. In another thread it was stated that these carbs are stupid fat OOtb and need a lot of work. What needs fixed/adjusted? TSR, IFR, IAB, T slot length? They are decent carbs for the money, I have the 770 VS version, everything is threaded for adjustability. What have you found?

I'm looking to possibly change my distributor to one with v/a. Currently running an MSD pro billet mechanical. I like the ease of spring changes and the limiter bushing. Does anyone make something similar? Firecore? Mancini?

Has anyone on here done this? I'm considering a hydraulic roller and a friend suggested I check into this. I'm looking at the Comp XR 286 HR -10. 511 rb w/Indy Ez heads.

I considering going to a mild hydraulic roller. Been looking at the Howards grinds. This will be for a 511 RB. Indy EZ heads. My Valve springs are currently set At 155#@1.88 and 360#@1.3. Will these springs work?[Comp928} 10 degree locks.
