took a couple more pictures, wires inside the dash. 3 pins above the spedo, pos and neg for alt gauge and multi pin connector for gauges. I will put the steering column back up, check the ground wireon column and ground the cluster to the column

The light switch is not in the dash, just resting under the dash, does it need to be in the dash to ground it? 67dart273 mentioned a voltage limiter inside the fuel gauge and the black cap on the one stud, sorry I not sure what to look for. There is 12 volts going to the to amp wires.

Car is auto, I'll check the neutral safety switch. No dome light. No screws holding the dash bezel and dash in. Does the dash need to be grounded for all the dash lights and dome light to work? Don't think I unpluged anything on the steering column Thank you

Just checked, 12 volts to the gauge, the 2 wires that you see in the picture, no lights either

I don't think I have a volt limiter. All stock gauges with amp meter, or am I missing something

Having my rally dash bezel on my 70 Duster restored. I need to find a clip that holds the control cable to the control slider on the heater control. Can't seem to find one that looks like the one I need. Anyone have one, or know where I can find one?

Well I removed the 1/4 screw, there both out. Now the bezel seems loose but the heater control does not seem free from the bezel. I removed the 1/4 bolt from the passenger side, but I can't see or feel anything on the left side. I see a stud on the left, and just below, it looks like the plastic is over the control. Hope the pictures help. Thank you again

So a bolt on both sides of the control, I did see the one on the passenger side, but did not see the other one. Looks like a trick to get to that one. The glove box out should help. Thanks so much, I'll let you know how I do
