Oil pressure gauge not working in Duster rally gauges

Putting everything back together after having the bezel restored. Got just about everything working, new LED's bulbs, sockets, all gauges seem to be working except the oil pressure gauge. At first it was pegged to the high side, along with the gas gauge, but once the whole thing was grounded the...

Replacing my restored Duster rally dash bezel, Now car won't start

Yes, I was just about ready to call the tow truck, but one of my mopar friends came by with his electric meter, did a little looking, could not find anything that would cause a problem, I think it came down to a ground connection on the battery. Just came in, started it, first time since I took...

Replacing my restored Duster rally dash bezel, Now car won't start

Looking at some older posts on this forum talking about fuse link, not really a fuse. Story's of smoke and fires, did not have anything like that happen. 67dart273 mentioned fuse bus bars on the back of the fuse block, could that be something to check? He also mentioned a breaker in the light...

Replacing my restored Duster rally dash bezel, Now car won't start

The light switch is not in the dash, just resting under the dash, does it need to be in the dash to ground it? 67dart273 mentioned a voltage limiter inside the fuel gauge and the black cap on the one stud, sorry I not sure what to look for. There is 12 volts going to the to amp wires.

Replacing my restored Duster rally dash bezel, Now car won't start

Car is auto, I'll check the neutral safety switch. No dome light. No screws holding the dash bezel and dash in. Does the dash need to be grounded for all the dash lights and dome light to work? Don't think I unpluged anything on the steering column Thank you

Putting my dash back in my 70 Duster, had the bezel restored. Duster Rally gauge lights

Getting my Duster Rally bezel restored, when I get it back probably would be a good time to replace all the gauge lights. They all work, but seem a little dull. Anyway their 47 years old. Do they make factory replacements, better after market? Where is a good place to buy? Thanks Tony in Mi

Well I removed the 1/4 screw, there both out. Now the bezel seems loose but the heater control does not seem free from the bezel. Also the bezel moves up, thought I would have enough room to tilt it out bottom first, but the steering column is tight to the bezel. Do I need to get that out of the...
