Advice on removing paint from plastic panels

Old modeler's trick...easy off oven cleaner. It needs to be the one that comes in the yellow cap, my can just says heavy-duty on it. It won't harm the plastic. Paul

    Buckets

1975-1976 Duster-Dart...A-body seats...I have those same seats in my Duster put in by the previous owner. You could also use 1973-1974 covers if you wish. I am keeping them in my 72 because I think the vinyl back will hold up better with people sitting in the back seat then a plastic...

Seat foam & cover interchangability on 73 Dart Sport seats

I am going down the same road. I have a 1972 Duster with later 1973 & Up bucket seats. I was thinking of having an upholstery shop add a vinyl panel to the 72 seat cover back...so i wouldn't have to worry about/use the hard plastic back panel. To me it looks like if you use the proper...

    buckets seats install

Find the dimples...the P.O. of my Duster drilled 15 holes...most of them were off the mark...this is my after picture. Paul

    Poll buckets or original seats

Personally I would go with the bench seat...every car that rolls out of the factory now has buckets so you don't see bench seats (especially with that fabric) every day. The previous owner of my Duster swapped in buckets from another year, my original seats were exactly like your bench...

72 Duster Instrument Cluster Chrome Look Trim

All the more reason not to wait. I was looking for some wheel opening moldings for my Duster, evidently they were reproduced 3-5 years ago(?)...and now they are no where to be found. Of course, I only bought my car last year, so I never had the chance. Paul

    Parts back from VAE restorations

I live local and when I dropped my Duster parts off Vic showed me Orangetwist's dash that he was working on...it was very nice. He also was finishing up a Rally dash that looked great. Vic does do it on the side so the wait time might be longer than some places but the price was right and I...
