    I think your right, since the rockers are the frame connectors, torque boxes adds strength to the connection and is how the factory dealt with it. Like to see a shootout between the two see which one helps the best. Probably an X weld in frame connector would be better just would make hanging...

    I got a book on how to setup A bodies for autocross, gives you formulas need find center of gravity and roll centers etc.. But still it only gonna give you ballpark and if you Plan on pushing car and tires to the limit your gonna have to play with different bars and springs and shocks tires...

    Even a stock rebuild with a set of aftermarket sway bars huge step up. Add some larger than stock T bars and decent shocks is all you need unless you plan on autocross. Most don't come close to pushing the limits of the crap stock suspension nevermind a tweaked one.

    I'm not going crazy with the suspension. Got 16:1 manual steering box, drop spindles and 11 3/4 brakes, 1.03" torsion bars, tubular upper, parts to reinforce and rebuild the lowers, new strut bars and larger tire rods end. On the rear only sway bar. I'm gonna leave leaf springs until I drive it...

    Probably has less effect. But still acts like a gusset. Convertibles put them there to stop body twist.

    Depends on the type of driving you do. If you drive like an old lady probably not but to like pushing the cornering ability especially with sticky tires then it becomes more of a must.     I'm pretty sure I have 2 V8 K frames don't know the years. But pretty sure they are 68-72 ones, idler arm is bolt through. Want to know if there are a 100% interchangeable with my 68 Valiant? Want to get one sand blasted strengthening up and powered coated and ready to drop in with big brakes...
