I usually don't even use sealer on the water pump bolts, but you can use the same teflon sealer as mentioned in your other thread. You can play it safe and use it on all the bolts for insurance, especially since there is oil present at some bolts and water at others

Any bolt or stud that is installed into a water jacket needs to be sealed. On your small block that would be the first and last bolt hole on each cylinder head. Typically there is a stud installed there, but you can use a bolt if you wish. I use teflon pipe thread sealant. Permatex No.2 works as...
