Find a clean 4 door being parted out, the wheel opening and behind is the same. If you need in front of the rear wheel, use the rear door skin. You may still need to patch a couple places if it's really bad, but those parts will get you 90% there.

Get a driver side rear door skin from a 4 door...cheapest way to replace that section.

If you have no other alternative, remove the spot welds for one of the braces to make the opening bigger, then weld it back in.

Duster and Valiant have the same fenders.

If the rust isn't beyond the wheel opening and behind, you can use a 4 door quarter. And if it is, you can use the rear door skin. Not the best solution but until someone makes a Valiant quarter that's what we're stuck with.

I use por15 inside frame rails and rockers. Anything that's outside I use epoxy primer and paint.

Use plastic wrap under the lid if you don't use the whole can. You will NEVER get it opened again if you don't.

I know the '68 Charger had it on a very slight crease line at front and back.

Yes, I'm using 4 door quarters on my 2 door. I only have rust on wheel lip and behind...if there was any ahead of the wheels I'd need a 2 door quarter.

The vin tag on the dash would prove it's a '68 340 car. DO NOT let them title it some half-assed way, big mistake.

I'll be doing the same thing soon, was planning on using those struts as they're bolted in place on both ends and commonly available. You'll have to fab your own brackets and weld them on.
