1969 Valiant 2dr rear roll down windows

The rear side windows on my 2dr Valiant both evenly roll down about 2/3 of the way.

Is this correct or should they roll down flush with the body the same as the door windows do?

My '67 is the same, it's how they're designed.

I thought so, I just saw another post where the Scamp rolls down, then begins to rock forward until it's flush. I just didn't want to derail his thread and figured I'd post up my own. My daughters hate it and want to hang their arms out!

If you're willing to do the work, you could locate the pieces to convert to a hardtop from a Mexican Valiant. Some surgery required!

Seems I recall this being discussed before. Rear corner of a quarter glass headed straight down into the wheel house? Some regulators rotate the glass to lower it a bit further?
