Did they start that in 66? I pulled the manual shaft in my Valiant out of a 64 Dart and it has the bolt/nut collar that you tighten. These darned Chryslers!! LOL

yes you have to get the roll pin out if it's power steering. Manual steering has a bolt/nut you just have to loosen.

Yeah, I still have the box actually. Part number 31019 DormanHELP! brand. Shock and end link bushings. There's four pieces in the package and I used the shock bushings. I think they were 1 1/4" OD and 1/2" ID. I just rounded out the inside with a round wood file until they fit snuggly on...

The manual steering shaft is longer than the power shaft. So in this case you would have to swap the shafts out....if I remember right. I just went from power to manual a few months ago but everything is spoken for already.
