It's the vertical support bracket that attaches the upper cross bar, stone deflector and bottom airshield. The only number I see is stamped into this piece is SS03901.

If you go the route of a plastic welder definitely practice with some scrap pieces if available. You'll have to get a feel for the melting temperature and speed to determine how well the welding rod flows. Companies that sell plastic sheet, rod, shapes and plastic pipe rent welding equipment...

66340 is right, it's the back liner gasket. Guess I'll end up getting the dremel tool out at some point and try grinding the pegs away. You're right about the brittleness and I can see they won't clean up very easily without flaking apart.

Does anyone make the black plastic piece that forms around the backside of the tail light and is it necessary? Looked at trying to salvage a couple from some spares and realize I would have to grind off the inserts holding them in. Any advice is appreciated.
