people have drove A bodies for years and others without side bolsters and other ugly plastic racing seats, and stupid 18" tires and done quite well

I doubt it, those A 100 van seats are so light you can lift them with little effort and one hand, a bench seat takes two people to remove it from the car without damaging the paint and interior

I used tradesman campervan seats in my pickup, nice lowback seats with the tracks build into them, then I just used 4 bench seat brackets to mount it to the floor of the truck

just clean everything else and you won't have a bad smell, new carpet and headliner will have a very nice smell anyway

I would dye the leather to the color you want it; but grey has no place in an antique car

I'd put seam sealer down then paint as per what the factory did
