GM caliper on my 66 Cuda?

Yea I'm not. It looks like it has the adapter plate like the one in the Dr. Diff link I posted above.

Lol. Well I guess that's true. Must be a not so pure purist.

GM caliper on my 66 Cuda?

Yea I don't mind even though I am a purist. Don't know what a Mopar caliper costs but the GM one I picked up from advance auto in stock was only $25. I was worried that someone did a hack job when I first discovered it.

GM caliper on my 66 Cuda?

I've had my 66 Barracuda for a few years now and have put many miles on it. The front right caliper needed replacing so I took it off last weekend. It is then when I discovered its GM caliper. It was already converted to a five lug front disk brakes before I got it. Question is whether or...

    3"relocate. with rear sway bar?

Yea. I have read that while in the "search mode". The rear sway bar is already on mine but it attaches where the (front) springs would be if I were to move them in 3". It looks like there is a lot of welding going on under that rear suspension which leads me to believe the simplest...

    3"relocate. with rear sway bar?

Has anyone changed over to a 3" relocation kit for springs and kept (or installed) the rear sway bar? My 66 Cuda already has the rear sway bar(and front) it handles awesome. I would hate to loose it when I relocate the springs. Guess I can hang them off the new longitudinal?

Clamping the front of the springs?

As far as I'm concerned its settled. SS springs are going on. I don't give a dam if it winds up being jacked up in the back. Probably will give me more room for a 10" tire. Now I'm off to look for a FABO vender that sells them.

Clamping the front of the springs?

Just remembered. I have a set of US Car tool frame connectors that I need to put on. Does it matter if I put them on before the spring change or after?

Clamping the front of the springs?

Thanks for the help man. For me, comfort takes a back seat to function in this case. As a matter of fact, the more upsetting and harsh on my passenger (wife and friends) the better I'll like it. And all the while making folks who drive the modern muscle cars wonder what in the hell they just...

Clamping the front of the springs?

Going to buy some Super Stock springs for my 66 Barracuda. I have read on here where a lot of you guys recommend unclamping the rear and clamping the front. What do you clamp them with? Extra clamps when I order my springs? How many? Thanks
