There has been a rash of them on my local Craislist, but none of them were this insane. They bury the for sale ads with the same pictures, keywords such as Demon and Hemi, and they want thousands for a 4 door Dart (with terrible color combinations) that is worth hundreds.

I would think for the rarity and status he projects, I would go through the steps to get a title, for a more confidence inspiring sale for prospective buyers. There seem to be a LOT of posts recently on title troubles.
