One front tire on my wife's car is bad. Was told at a tire store that because her Subaru is an AWD that I need to buy four tires. The rears have well over half the tread left. I have no problem getting a pair for the front. What is the truth? Thanks all, Mike

Have you got 13 or 14 inch wheels at this point? When I got my 66 it had a /6, 13s, 7 1/4" and 9 inch drum brakes. It now has 8 1/4" rear end with 10' brakes, front disks, and 14 ' tires. American still makes 14x6 mags with the big bolt pattern I believe. As I remember, the back spacing will...
