It has't run yet. It really doesn't have much a drain on it. It does run an electric fuel pump. Ted

Faster than I expected! Added video few posts down

Your coments are valid but I don't need all the bitting from tires like the M/T. I thing the Nittos should work just fine. Thanks again.

    BMRS I-CORE braided hose

Has anyone here had any experience with this brand of steel braided hose? A buddy of mine gave me some and it looks like really nice stuff. It's super light and flexible. Looks like they use it a lot on "cup" cars. All of the fittings that I see are crimped on. My big question is if you can use...

All of the info that you're looking for is in the Mopar chassis manual. When I did my motor plate that's where I got all of my measurements from. Ted

Nut and Bolt Your Race Car?

When I was racing motorcycles, standard operating procedure was to wax the bike before the first round. By doing that you got to look at and touch everything on the bike. More than one first round loss was avoided by that routine. Plus we looked really spiffy. Ted

    Need tips for launching.

I just recently ran my Dart and I also have BFG T/A's on it. (275-60-15) As stated above there was NO traction at all. The best I was able to coax out of it was with the pressure lowered down to 19 lbs. Go and have some fun. Let us know how well you do. Ted

    master cylinder bore

Well I'm wise enough to know when I might be wrong and this is likely one of those times. So I'm going to switch to a smaller bore master. I'm curious to see if there is an improvement. I did some searching and I found an aluminum body unit with 15/16" bore...

Great job! That's an awesome truck you've got there! Sorry to hear about your trailer. I've been to that dance. It sucks!!! Ted

    master cylinder bore

From what I understand the small bore masters (under 1 inch) were for power brakes and the larger ones are for manual brakes. That's what I have seen in some parts catalogs.

    master cylinder bore

I'm running a similar one (1.032" bore) on my Dart with manual disc's ('74 & later style calipers) and drums in the rear. It works fine. I have no problems stopping. If you're running the early style calipers I'm not 100% certain that it will work. Ted

Only 15 Pro Stock cars at Mile high!

They call Pro/Stock cars the "factory hot rods". Well which factory is selling cars with carburetors these days? Or in the past 20 plus years for that matter. People like W/J and others were calling for this years ago. Personally I applaud the NHRA for this. I think that they could have even...
