Ok, admittedly, I was damn lucky. My first "manual shift" car was my brother's 69 road runner! Was also the first car that taught me respect for posi traction, horsepower and wet roads (did a 180 into a corn field on the way to work at McDonald's in high school). I still own that car...
Unofficially (sitting on my dad's lap) a 66 Dart wagon...hence, why I own one now. Officially, took my test in a 76 Aspen wagon w/ the fast idle stuck, so the pillon test was interesting...but successful!
Love it. Looks quite solid overall and the style of that interior/ dash is classic in my book. Man, I bet that car has some stories to tell, 2nd motor, trailer hitch, one owner all that time...
How many miles on it?
Well, mine is not a GTS, just a Dart with a 383 & big block drive train. I'm posting here has OP was inquiring about red combos. I never really set out to make a GTS clone or look alike, just liked the powerbulge hood...which is now somewhat functional with the metal removed under the scoop...
