your memory is not good. the width is the same for disc and drum, 73 and up is wider. Unless I'm wrong???

That, if I remember was a hard find for me also...... I found a guy that rebuilds rearends and he sold me 2. Try looking up local guys who rebuild rearends. My bet is they with have a coffee can full of brake parts.

well, old thread..... Jim was and is a hugh help but a member here sent me 4 original bolts so I didnt have to order any. I'm sure they would work great if Jim is using them, just check out some of his restored KH brakes.

Keep the KH unless you want the wider wheel base from the later swap

Take your hubs to a machine shop and have the lugs pressed in for very little cash. I paid 20 bucks..... Good luck

Bingo. spend the 50.00 and have it done correctly or fly to CA and have Hemi71X do them for you!

My local machine shop pressed my hubs off and put the rotors and studs in for 20.00 bucks. Took him 30 minutes.

I think if you paint it cast iron gray it will stay cast iron gray. (I think they sell cast iron gray high temp) That's what i would do if I was painting mine.....

dude. if you have an air compressor just pump air into the caliper and the pistons will/should pop right out.
