It may be easier to change out your filler tube. Just a thought.

70-71 have the light and wiper switch on the metal part of the dash, not in the cluster. Well on a 71 Swinger.

Hey dustedu2. I have a B-body rear. It will need some work to hold up to what you want. It is nothing special. It is complete 8 3/4 out of a 65 Belvadier. Has new wheel cylinders and brake shoes, new hard brake lines and drums have been turned and still plenty of meat on them for another turning...

I have a B-body 8 3/4. LBP. Has new wheel cylinder, brake pads, brake lines and green bearings. It is complete. Open diff with 2.73 gears. Was going to use it under my 71 Swinger but decided to go smaller 8 1`/4 for my slant 6. I would like to get $300. I live 50 miles south of Evansville IN.

Since you have the cluster out should be able to track the circut board to see which way the buld needs to go in. Then hook the wires from a battery to see if they all work.

I have put a 4bbl carb on my 225 /6 and i would like to use the shorter throttle cabel if someone has one FS. Shipping to 42450. Thanks

The number of pins don't matter. I got one off a 74 dart. Any wire set from a /6 or V8 will work. You can even pull from truck or van. Check your local yards. I'm not sure if 1 from a 80 or newer would work though. Hope this helps.
