A couple questions about the 71 Dart, Demon rallye dash. 1. My plastic bezel has what looks to be a black tape/sticker in the blacked out areas of the dash bezel and the silver looks to be paint. Is this tape original? if not I still plan to remove the sticker and strip the paint using bleach...

Is the four door a column shift or floor shift? I was thinking of installing some buckets in my 4-door dart and wasnt sure if it was a factory option!

Yours looks just like the Dash in My 71 Dart, maybe this person was mistaking thinking it should be the later style dash found in the 72 and later cars!

I would guess they were both the same besides where the key ignition is on the Dash in the 69!

I might even grind off the shifter knuckle at the steering column and leave the shift linkage at bottom of column to the trans and fab the floor shifter to work with the old linkage coming from the steering column to indicate which gear your in at both the steering column and floor shifter...

I am toying with the Idea of replacing my bench seat and Auto/column to low back buckets and an A-body Auto floor shift console! I have never seen four door like this and was wandering if that option was available from factory, or has anyone here on FABO done this before? if so send some pics!

What year and make is your A-body, I have a 75 Dart Sport & 71 Demon donor cars with black int!
