I just converted my truck from lean burn to normal electronic ignition. Truck is running but the ballast resistor is ridiculously hot. To the point where it burns to touch it. Any ideas why? I am sure its not a good thing. Any ideas? Jeff

They make actual LED kits that can fit into your taillight housing and make them substantially brighter vs the original filament bulbs. As far as flashing faster you might be able to change the little flasher canister under the dash but I am not sure if that would work I have never heard of...
