    Bs and Tire Size

I did a lot of measuring, calculating, more measuring and still ended up rolling the front of my front fenders for clearance and wish I had gone a touch wider on the rear. Lol. The item RRR suggests could be cheap insurance against buying the wrong size.

    Fender well rolling and trimming?

http://www.carcraft.com/howto/1043/ This should work well. The car is just in primer, and my father was a body man. He hasn't done this before and we wanted to ask the best way to do it.

    Fender well rolling and trimming?

My front wheels rub the very front lower edge of the wheel opening. What will be the best way to gain the clearance I need, and how much is needed? Thank you in advance.

I finally was able to get the 68 on all four wheels today. The super stock springs really cause a lot of adjustment to be needed to level out the fronts end. The drivers side is cranked way up and the passenger side way down. Will also need to trim the lower front edge of the front wheel wells...

    Why LH thread lug nuts?

Yeah, when my dad and I brought the barracuda home we took the wheels off to pressure wash the wells. I knew about the left hand thread mess but we took the rears of first. The rear axle had been converted so I didn't mention it to the old man assuming the front had been too. A couple minutes...

I thought some actual test results would be nice and not derail the other thread more.

Well, I got out the tape measure and straight edge. On the rar of my 68 barracuda I could run a tire with 12" sectional width with a max of 28" diameter with the right back spacing. So 275/60r15 on 15x8 with 4.5-4.25" back spacing. This leaves 1/2-3/4" of clearance between springs and fender...
