Try sliding the seat forward and you should see something. Here is a set of 1970 tracks and the studs stick out of them so the nuts would be under the floor.

The two dials under the dash is a dead give away that it is aftermarket. I was wondering if it might be some dealer installed system.

When doing carpet the nice hot sun is your best friend. I lay the carpet out in the car on a sunny day, roll up the windows and let it sit for a few hours (longer if it is cool outside). It will relax and conform to the floor pan that way. I have never used any glue.

It has been discussed on this forum, that there is different bench seat and bucket seat application for the shifters also. If that is correct there are more different shaped shifters out there.

On automatic cars the hump is the same with console and shifter brackets welded on. If you are changing an automatic over to a four speed then the hump is different.

Non-factory is what I think.

There is no substitute for OEM hardware and parts.

Is the blue foam all there is in the bolster kit?

You will be trapping any dirt and crud that is already in the old carpet so it could cause rust issues in the future. Better off to start with a clean slate.

Removing the entire bezel and doing it is much easier then doing it from underneath on a Barracuda. No matter what you have to remove everything to get to the speedometer face anyway.

Are they leather or vinyl? Our Mopar A-bodies were all vinyl as far as I know.

To my knowledge there are no modern seats that will look like factory seats from the 60s. Most 60s through mid 70s seats wasn't really very comfortable when compared to todays standards. You either settle for a happy medium or stay with OEM seats out of the 60s through the mid 70s. I have seen...

If you have a mattress manufacturing plant in the area that builds quality mattresses you might be able to score some great quality cotton batts pretty cheap.
