Hi Guys, I am looking for a new wiper switch for our 65 Barracuda it has the variable speed wiper switch. I can find 64 & 66 switches & they look the same as mine. Do the 64 & 66 swithes interchange with the 65 ??? Thanks for any help Oz

No the switch isn't servicable unless you have the same thinking as my auto electrician. He said that somebody put it together in 1965 so why can't he pull it apart & sevice it.....I know I wouldn't do it with my luck I would have broken, lost or destroid something.

Ok my auto electrician has serviced the wiper switch & it is working fine for now. Thanks for the input guy's. I will still keep an eye out for another switch for a spare when I find 1 for a 65 model.

Ok I will get a pic in the next few days I would think that a 66 switch would be the same. Thanks.

Thanks I have looked at a standard type wiper switch & they are totally different I am going to ask my auto electrician if it is possible to change it over if I can't get a replacement variable switch.

Hi Guy's After playing around with it all day this is were I'm up to........I was thinking that the ignition switch had something to do with the problem & after I had a look I found that the young guy I got the car from had connected it up wrong......So after I fix that I now have spark all...

Ok here is were I'm up to. Hot wired the dizzy.....Still no spark I have so far changed the ballist resister, tried another coil, hot wired the dizzy, swaped the new dizzy for an old points dizzy that I know was working......& still NO spark. What am I over looking ? Could it be...

Hi guy's I have just installed a new Mallory electronic distributor part # 5757901. The problem is I have no spark I have tried a different coil, bypassed the ballist resistor & still no spark. Can somebody please point me in the right direction I know it will only be something simple...
