Lower control arm outer bushing shell removal frustration...

I just finished doing this very job. Once the rubber is out of the way I grab my die grinder and a round carbide bit. Carefully grind a vertical groove up and down the bushing shell. Then collapse it with a chisel. It falls out. Yes it is possible to grind too deep and groove the inside...

    67 383 K Frame

I have done this myself. Just be careful to get the correct working angle. It can/will affect bump steer when the suspension rises/falls. In other words, the toe-in / toe-out will be affected. Never know it at normal ride height, but when you accelerate "hard" the right front tire may toe...

    CAP Suspension Components.

K member bolted right in as did all the other components, the only work was to get the spacers in when you install the cam bolts...you need and extra finger or two.

    CAP Suspension Components.

I have been reading many posts on this and other web sites about CAP suspension components. I have used CAP suspension products for the past three years. [dynamic strut rods, upper control arms, lower control arms and now the tubular K member] Every time I launch my DART it goes upward about...

Steering Coupler Rebuild Kit for Early-A???

If you need header clearance, try using a "universal joint" style of coupler. Flaming river has a nice one but $$$$costly, others have this style in a much more realistic cost. Check CAP auto products, they specalize in "Early A body" front suspension parts. I know they have them in stock...
