The Plymouth rear trunk trim is only on '66 Signet either 2 door hard top or convertible. There's also a slender piece just under it mounted on the body. Both pieces are aluminum and apparently are always used to catch heavy stray items from hitting the ground as they are always dinged.

I like it. Looks to have had factory AC too. A pre-purchase inspection looks to be needed as there some odd details that I noticed like; no windshield washer nozzles and no dash defroster vents, may or may indicate problems.
