Cam bolts are available at the local autoparts store, I got mine at Autozone. I got a "new" UCA from someone on here and there seemed to be quite a few people who had extras

Got the car up on the lift at school today and found out the cause of my wobbly rear wheel. Everything is bent.... The rim is bent, the drum is bent, and the axle is bent. Way out of my current price range for fixing, so I'm going to have to turn the tags back in and park her for a while. :(

Just went through this myself. Broke 2 nut busters, 1 wrench, and 1 cheater bar. Finally, a much longer cheater bar and wrench got it loose. If they are that rusted, you'll probably want to replace them anyway. Advanced Auto also sells them.
