I hesitate to respond, because I don't know if I could even find them, but I had a couple from a set for my 2002 Durango (which is long gone). If they are the same, let me know and I will see if I can find them. No guarantees.

Have a friend who needs a trunk hinge for a 1939 Plymouth Sedan humpback model and hinge is exterior, chromed pot metal. Probably a long shot since it's not an A-body by a long shot, but worth a try. Thanks FABO
