Okay now you got some more diagnosing to do. Inspect your 3/8 fuel line for kinks or damage. Disconnect the line at the tank and fuel pump and blow thru it with compressed air to check for flow or any thrash in it. If all is good,drop your tank and pull the sending unit out and check your pickup...

Just for grins go to your spot and get it to mess up, shut it off and pull over,check your fuel bowl levels and report back.Before you do this adjust your choke till the plate is locked completely open in case it is slamming shut on your run that 410 is sucking in some air.....just want to rule...

And get rid of the fuel filter before the pump...in case you do not understand hook up the stock pump without the cheap *** regulator.

Oh by the way carter fuel pump are easy to rebuild one diaphragm and three check valves...can take them apart and clean the thrash out of them....put a stock pump on it,,if you have problem on the top end it is to be expected but not at idle or cruise....

Wow just ran across this thread,couple of carbs later still problems with fuel pressure...put a gauge on it you got a vacuum gauge well that can be used to check fuel pressure....look at it ,there is a pressure side...it ain't the dam carb so quit messing with it. HOW ABOUT PUTTING A STOCK FUEL...

Hey man,sorry I guess Holley took them over Demon website had everything you need,,,Holley's is confusing at least as far as Demon is concerned... My model number is on the left side of carb next to the secondary left barrel. Look and compare your carb here: Mighty Demon - Holley Performance...

Get your model number and punch it on in on demon site and it will tell you everything...Demon site will tell you how to id your carb as well
