that was a pic of another guys headers its what had to be done to increase the surface were flange meets gasket. to prevent a blown gasket. i have a couple hours port matching in my headers now.ok maybe one good hour. still for 600 bucks i shouldnt have to gasket match the f#@*ing header.

again i will say i am not happy with the tti's. ports did not match up. off by at least an 1/8th in.+ in all ports. this was on both eddys and j heads.

i am not happy with my tti's they fit fine, but the ports dont match up well at all. i have eddies as well. the first two pics are from head side. the third is from the header side you can see the smaller port on the header side. these are the supplied gaskets and unless you port your headers...
