I believe 1967 Barracuda are the only year for 120 mph speedo with trip odometer. That may have been std in that year only?? I believe Rallye Instrument Group option gave you a 150mph speedo with trip OD. Check with ordering brochure's, but I think option 67, 68, and 69.

Not a parent company. BEA is separate ownership. BEA has many PG products that are same or similar. BEA seems to get higher quality and or more accurate parts. For instance many of the BEA lenses have Chrysler part numbers where PG doesn’t. Also BEA part may be painted or detailed more...

Just buy the 68 repro from PG classics or BEA parts. Vans should be the same made by PG classics.

I agree. Mattmoto411’s Duster is a very clean looking install. Really nice. I would like to know how well the window’s work and what it looks like under the door panel and inside. I’d really like to convert my 1968 Dart Conv to power window with a factory looking install.

B-bodies were offered from factory with Power Windows. So there will be service kits available. In most Mopar (if not all), the entire regular and scissors mechanisms are different for power window cars. A-bodies were not offered with factory power windows.

I don’t believe so. Chrysler Dealer accessories catalog and parts are different than Direct Connection parts. Two separate groups. Not offered in Dealer Accessories catalogs. I have almost all the 73-current Direct Connection catalogs and I have never seen a kit.

The power windows were added by a previous owner. Never factory. Curious to what it looks like inside. Do they work well??? Those are factory P/W switches 1969-up style. The two gang switch I think first appeared in a 73 Charger S/E possibly? That didn’t have rear side windows that rolled down...

when you mentioned no vin, no tag, and 273/318? 4 speed I thought Mexican dart.

thought it might be a Mexican car. IIRC, They don’t have vins like USA/Canada cars do.

Mexican Darts had center fold down armrests and 4 speeds. does your can have 69 vin stamping on radiator support and trunk lid?

where did you look it up? maybe later parts books have a superseded part number. But it’s not truly a bolt it. It’s more of a “it pretty much fits and you can mess with it to fit a little better”

No plastic liners in 68. Or 69, 70, 71. all cardboard. I believe it was in 73. Lots of subtle A-body changes in 73.

I like the added thickness of that. :thumbsup: If you go custom, you can get leather or even vinyl with a pebble grain to it.

Definitely black to match the interior. That whats the original colored rim would have been. That one you bought there was originally in a green colored interior car.

I think a 69 Barracuda wheel especially with their colored rallye rim would be a neat very mild custom touch. It's grained dyed leather and doesn't look that far off from the vinyl seats. It will just feel like leather instead of vinyl. And more enjoyable to drive.

I wonder if there was some sort of hard foam or rubber and method to install it to increase rim thickness of the Rallye Wheel. The narrow-ness of the OE rim is uncomfortable.

68original, got any pictures of the whole interior. Love these two tone Mopar interiors with white... green/white, blue/white, maroon/white, 70 e-body had a red/white even.
