i am running the valve bodys in most of my cars they all shift like that really hard but i like it

you proabley miss the over run clutch up in the case

its in the valve body

frist time it took me about 8 hours its pretty easy just make sure you use a inch pound torque wrench and adjust the bands right you can do it if i was closed i would help if you run into a problem u can call me at 931 261 8227 mike

it sounds like the front seal is out i always put white grease on the seal and the neck of the t.c. mike
