These flashes do have a ground.

I am going to double check the harness connection and hopefully that is the problem. the reverse polarity is how the flashers have to be connected to work with LEDs. There is now a new connector switch the connection for the United Pacific flashers.

No, a MSD 8207 solid state blaster coil

Looks to be the coil. .3 ohms primary and 1,823 ohms secondary. According to MSD specs needs to be .355 ohms primary and 4.4K ohms secondary. And now to call MSD about quality control.

I am going to start testing cranking voltage and the coil resistance. then pull the distributor and check the pick up. All parts are new, which doesn't means much these days. Went with the 8-pin after reading #Trailbeast posts. A major pain in the *** when starting motor for the first time.

Home cheapo Lock-on 3 ft. Black Metal Mesh Gutter Guard I just pushed them over the studs, cut them to fit and tighten the nuts down.

This is what I used with a pair of United Pacific 31378 headlights. Had to cut up the headlight buckets for the lights to fit my Barracuda. This module allows for the leds to work as running lights and turn signal.

That makes sense. I have already bypassed the alternator bulkhead connections and went with a volt guage vs. an amp guage to save guard the wiring. Using a fused 5 pin Bosch relay will give me the ability to prevent overcharging from the 90 amp alternator and have constant power to the HEI...

I agree. I tried to use the Gm one made by Standard after forcing it to accept the bigger stud and just won’t keep a good connection with the fuel sending unit.

I bought the part you referring to and they are to small for the mopar sending studs. The studs on my fuel and water temp senders are the #10 size .195”. The Standard s635 are for GM and Ford sender studs #8 size .157”

One thing to check while doing your testing is that it returns to the park position. I disassembled mine when I converted it from B-body to A-body and it would park the wiper arms in the upright position. After taking it apart more than once some how I got it to park the wipers horizontally.
