    re-installing front fenders

I used tape mastic. It is used on RV's and on metal roofing. It won't harden and is a good seal. 3M seam sealer also works well and is probably easier to find and is what is needed to reseal the interior floors.

    HVLP?

I am picky about tools. I was once an ironworker and we never bought or used cheap or “Chinese” tools. Our fab shop typically used DeVilbiss guns such as the Starter Line models. They needed to spray a large amount of fab work and do it and be done with it. I was recommend visiting your local...

    1969 Barracuda door glass

That would work if the door glass was flat. I contacted a couple of glass shops I had cut custom glass for my VW Thing, and the issue was the radius or curvature of the glass. So I waited for 8 months for Classic Industries to fill my order. That does not mean that is not possible.

    1969 Barracuda door glass

I just went through tis with my'67 fb Barracuda. The side glass is tempered and harder than the windshield glass making it more difficult to polish. Know from spending hours on my side glass that found a new home at the landfill. It's worth the money to buy new, if it's available. I bought mine...

    67-9 Barracuda front spoiler

I have searched a few times. Spoilers by Randy was one the better looking spoilers I think he is out of business. The two piece t/a- aar are nice also. This one pictured wraps around the sides and looks made for the application. I maybe wrong though.

Wiper Motor Interchange List with part numbers/years/body styles...

Just for people like me that are cheap, I recommend buy a Cardone 3-speed b-body motor part #40-370. My ‘67 Barracuda used the early style arm and pivot bushing. I simply swapped to the late sixties, early seventies a-body 3-speed arm and bushing and re-clocked the gear cover as posted above...

    Cerakote mc-160

I finally am ready to spray the polished aluminum pieces of my grill. The problem is cerakote instructions require tert-butyl acetate (TBAC) be used to clean the polished metal before spraying mc-160. Using acetone or similar solvents not recommended by cerakote. TBAC is not readily available...

    Polished aluminum trim coating

Thanks for the replies. Looks like I need to just do the job the right way the first time and have the pieces bright dipped/anodized.

    Polished aluminum trim coating

I have straitened, stripped and polisher the grill and trunk pieces. Most threads I have found polished the aluminum and coated with Mothers or some thing similar. Just looking for a coating to protect long term, brite dipping would be great, but expensive. Por15 and Eastwood offer products that...

    Polished aluminum trim coating

I have been trying to find sealer/coating for the aluminum trim and grill on my '67 barracuda. Any one try ProtectaClear? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NAWN07W/?tag=joeychgo-20 Or there something better that won't peel, yellow, or dull?
