Id scuff them with a red scotch bright pad or 400 grit wash with dawn wipe them down with a wax & grease remover spray a coat of adhesion promoter then your color

Has anyone replaced there gauge cluster with some thing other than an A body ? I love the 68-70 charger gauges. Would'nt mind replacing my 67 barracuda cluster with a 68-70 chargers. I know they have after market gauge clusters out there but i want something different.

Working on a 68 barracuda. Was the dome lights an option ? The guy who owns the car & who tore it apart says there was no wiring for the dome lights. If they are missing because someone didnt put them in can you buy the wiring ?

I dont have the tag but the guy did tell me what it says under TRM D6Y The guy sent me a picture of the fender tag but of coarse its on my flip phone lol Have no way to put it on my computer. I did find a site with the codes & cant find D6Y code under TRM

Are the interior color codes on the inner fender tag ? My 67 barracudas interior is a darkish red. I want to get some paint to freshen it up.

When I bought my 67 barracuda the headliner bows were just thrown in the car. Some have paint on the ends some don't & some have the same color. What does the colors mean ? I am assuming the longest one goes to the back. Anyone have any ideas how they go ?

Had an old board laying around. So I pulled one of the brass studs off & put it on my barracuda board where one was missing. I used JB weld on the back side & soldered the front. It seems nice & sturdy. Hope it works
