Not the greatest pic but here the rockers I have, bushing material looks to be steel of some sort. Shaft has oil holes but not the grooves.

Be aware of the size of the washer on the bolt or you’ll end up pinching the snout of the crank over the pulley

It rpm's fine just doesn't make any power up there and it's together and running, not in need of a rebuild just looking to add a bit more punch to it. but thanks for the suggestion
