Ceramic if you can afford them. Keeps things much much cooler under the hood, can barely feel the heat near the headers. I keep telling myself to do ceramic but something else always comes up.

On other people's cars, ha, ha. Good one. I kinda like it because it's more quiet than what I was running before. I will eventually extend the pipes to the rear with some decent tips. I like the borla tips with the spine looking thingys inside.

Yeah, the tire smoke issue is a problem because I am having issues with my clutch which may be too wimpy for my engine and the car is built to hook and it hooks. I will have to get my clutch issue ironed out and install a line lock so i can make smoke.

Done. Welder did a great job, and the car is much more quiet now with the X-pipe and the thrush mufflers. They are supposed to sound like the flowmaster 40's but they seem to have a raspy sound when I goose it but I'm just not used to such a different tone but it sounds pretty good at idle...
