Anyone ever used Chrysler road wheels from Coker (they look like magnum 500's)? Might be a possibility for the '67 Barracuda.

What are these center caps and wheels?

Yeah I see the difference in the diameter vs. the lug spacing. Those would look neat on a set of cop car wheels.

What are these center caps and wheels?

Is this the same thing? I know the post is old but I saw this a Coker tire.

Anyone running Vectors on a '67-69 Cuda?

Yup saw they are a good price. Just hoping someone else had taken the plunge already (or someone could do some creative photo shop!?)

Anyone running Vectors on a '67-69 Cuda?

Just wanted to see if anyone is running these on a '67-69 Barracuda? I don't have a pic but they are on American Racings website. I'll try to find a pic. I am thinking these or Magnum style rims.

After changing to a TVS kit no more rubbing. The strut bar bushing was toast allowing the wheel to move forward when backing up and touching the fender.

I have seen where people roll the front of the fender forward about an inch. I have also seen people just cut it out. My suspension is old as well so that could be part of it. Great looking fish. More pics please! :)

On my 67 Barracuda I still get some rubbing on the right front fender when backing up. Do you have any rubbing issues when turning? 15x6 steelies in front on mine. Going to go to the 17 x 7 enki copies.

    Custom 17" steel wheels

I am also looking at some forged aluminum wheels too. Just like some designs of the steel wheels.

    Custom 17" steel wheels

I wanted to post a question. I want to get custom offset steel wheels; who is a good company to look at. Also, do you think my 14" Formula S hub caps could somehow be mounted to the inner portion of the rim to simulate the original look?

Did you have any tire rubbing issues on the front when turning? I have 215/60/15's and they rub sometimes at the very front bottom of the lip.

Did you have any issues with tire rub at the front fender? What kind of back space are you running on the front and back?

17" wheel and tire combos for 67-69 barracudas

That is a great looking car! Your fastback is too. I have the 73- later brakes on the front so it looks like a 5" backspace will be needed. The reason I specifically did the 67-69 'Cuda is I have found they have a smaller wheel opening than a same year dart so backspace and tire size is...

    Tire conundrum

I am having a similar problem I have 15x8's with 255/60/15 tires 4.5" offset. My rear springs are saggy and I really only will need 1 " in height to cure the rubbing. My problem is I don't know how much my springs have sagged in 40+ years. Does anyone know the distance between the axle and the...

    15x7 steelies question

KosmicKuda, That is right where they are rubbing and in reverse only! We may do a repaint and pie cutting the fenders may be in the plans. Anyone think pushing the lower a-arms back with the strut rods will work?

    15x7 steelies question

I did the BBP conversion. And I was mistaken they are 4.25 back space. Here is a link to the fronts: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-55-5704

    15x7 steelies question

P.S. The tires on my avatar have been replaced with 15x7 (4.5 backspace) front and 15x8 (4.5 backspace) rear. The rims are Summit series 55.

    15x7 steelies question

Does ride height affect any rubbing? I have 15x7 on the front with 215/60/15 tires and they rub on the front on both sides. Could be that I am too low? 1967 Barracuda.

Rallye wheel center cap on a standard steel wheel

Dwire67- Are those 17's? Any problems getting them to fit? What size tires? Sorry for the side note but yes I have some 15" Summit series 55's. They look just like the cop car/ ram slotted steel wheels so hopefully they will work.

    15x8 magnum 500s on front of 70-72 valiant/dart/duster/demon?

I am looking for a pair of 15x8 magnums for the rear of my barracuda. If you want to sell PM me. I am going with 15x6's in the front with 215/60's to keep the tires in tight to the cars centerline. I planned on getting 15x8's for the rear with 255/60's. Might be good for both of us if you just...

Need your opinions on jeep rims

Guys thanks for the input so far. Goldfish65 no worries I asked for honest opinions I appreciate yours as much as anyones. Mcnoople- in 99 they went to a wheel just like you describe. The offsets are much more than in 98 but the basic rim is the same. Billg/ memike- thanks for the info. I will...
