I was looking at a 71 parts car I have. It had one of each bumpers on it. The narrow one had a Chrysler part number on it (2948716) which is what a 71 parts book calls for. Thanks for everyone’s replies.

Rebuilding the front suspension on my 71 Demon. The strut rod bushings that came with my PST kit are 1 piece. The ones I took off were 2 piece. Could you take a look at this picture and tell me if I have the bushing and washers orientated correctly? Thanks Warren

My 71 340 Demon parts car has the washer. Another /6 parts car with a V8 k-frame does not have it, must of came from a 318 car. Does anyone know what the differance is? I was planning on using the one without the washer because someone welded the sway bar bushing mounts to the k-frame of the 340...

Thanks for the reply Demon Seed, but what I am realy looking for is the guys that have back halfed there cars, (narrowed rear ends, tubbed, 4 link or ladder bar suspensions) to see what size M/T Sportsmans I can get under my Demon without altering the outside apperance of my quarter panels...

I have a 71 demon that I am wanting to back half. I am curious how large of tires you guys have goten under Demon/Dusters with out modifing the quarter panels. I dont mind trimming the lip or changing the wheel opening slightly, but I realy dont want to have to bulge the quarters out if I dont...
