    Talk to Jamie Passon about the trans & clutch set up Caltracs are the way to go just don't preload them to drive on the street 4.10 gear and talk to DR.Diff about the locker and set up

    Engine off -put the trans in neutral and then the shifter check cable length Then move the shift lever on the trans into park and the the shifter and see how it lines up My race car does then same thing when the shifter cable adjustment is off

    You can get an adapter from Earls and the rest of AN fitting manufactures, put it in line on the on the line out of the trans cooler to the trans(return line) Safe operating temp 175 to 220 after that it starts to damage the fluid

    60 mph's with 27" tall tire 2785 rpm's not bad , if you can get a 28" tall tire like 255r65/15 you would drop to 2600 rpm's @ 60 mph

    Well I found my problem the front pump my trans takes the 66-70 pump and I had 71-78 style pump

    Not sure how the rod got bent, I have been talking with John Cope of CRT transmissions and he is a outstanding guy! He might get my trans if it not fixed soon

    My transmission guy took the valve body off and checked to see if the bands where applying and they are. The only thing he found was the Park rod was little bent? I am at a loss on what to do, anybody know a shop that has Transmission Dyno?

    Thanks Trail and the rest of you guys, I pulled out of the car on Sunday as soon as I found out it would not move on the ground, I put it 1 , 2 and 3rd and when it did not move I shut it off. I am very lucky to have such a great wife , she came out a helped me push it in the garage!

    Just asking why would it have forward gears when it was on the lift? Granted netural acted like it was in gear and it only made one gear change from second to 3rd

    I would say that $1100 estimate was for one thing -rebuild the transmission Most Trans shops won't bother fixing small parts-main reason is what if they charge you $200 to fix it and then your back next week bitching that you still have problems? It is less hassle for them to sell you a rebuilt...
