Fittings have no groove. One type of nut has a groove in it. Not really deep enough for an o-ring. But it does help hold one in place.

You want to cut as small a hole as possible. Otherwise o-rings won't seal. What nuts came with the fittings? Standard nut is just that. Other type has a recess that really helps to keep an o-ring in place. The steel washers also help position an o-ring but not as good as the recessed nuts...

That injection on top of an I/R tunnel ram might be interesting. Those throttle bodies have 4 barrels and 4 injectors each? Each injector supply fuel for idle? Set up as individual runners there should be no distribution problems. And much more driveable. But I don't know much about efi....maybe...

These guys can tell you more than I can. Sometimes aftermarket heads dont work to well with headers. The stage 6 heads on my brothers 70 cuda put the tubes of his tti's into the torsion bars. The angle of the exhaust ports is different. Had to bolt the headers down on a spare head and heat up...

Pressure switch? Hobbs. Temp should be at the lowest abnormal temp for that engine. If it never hits 200° set it for 200 not 210 or 220. If the light comes on ocasionally during normal use,thats okay cause it tells you to keep watch on it. Thats my opinion.
