    What's new in engine stands?

I bought a heavy duty Cornwell at a pawn shop for $50.00. I have found some great deals at the pawn shop, especially if they have had the item for a long time.

    Tool Organization

Damn now I have to go find my Snap On guy when I get home. How come they don't have 1/2"? I'm using single rails with a handle now and the clips are a pain. These look like they are portable and will do the job. Thanks for helping me spend my money! lol

fastest way to strip paint off car

Before you use sand from the hardware store you might want to read up on Silicosis. Although blasting with a pressure washer would probably keep it down. Black Beauty and other blasting media are low in silca for a reason.

What tools and spare parts in your a-body

Basic tool box, jumper cables, complete ignition, fuel fliter and fire extinguisher. Oh yeah an old set of belts. Another hint...keep the fire extinguisher where you have access to it. Mine is in the drivers side passenger floorboard. The car might be fried before you get the trunk open.

Buying used snap-on box Vrs new bigger china box

The guy I bought my Snap On top and side box from said a guy at the diesel shop he works in bought a Lowes box, put all of his tools in it and broke it in half. All boxes are not created equal. I would hate to weigh all my tools and see how overloaded my box is.

    rodent proofing a garage

I toss mothballs and Bounce dryer sheets in my cars. Mice don't like the smell. I always throw down a sticky trap with a dab of peanut butter but they are always empty come spring.

    copper vs pvc compressor lines?

I could see running 3/4" if I would be using 2 - 3 outlets at once, but being a one man operation I can't justify the additional cost.

I use cat crap as that is what I use on my snowmobile helmets. It still fogs up sooner or later but is better than nothing.

    copper vs pvc compressor lines?

My plan was to run 1/2" black pipe but the price of the Northern Tools kit was too good to pass up. I know what I will be doing days off!

    Pump.....

That is a good idea. I guess I know what I'll be building days off as pumping gear lube gets old real fast especially in cold weather.

    Pump.....

I use the gallon hand pump. mine is probably 20 years old and I am hard on stuff. I did use a 4.99 Harbor freight transfer pump to remove the old fuel from my snowmobile and it worked pretty good with the gasoline so it ought to work for viscous fluids.
