    I agree with fishmens67, probably just a little spot of grease, dirt or sometimes even a fingerprint will leave enough foreign material to wrinkle the paint. I usually wipe my parts with prep-sol to make sure they are ultra clean before applying paint. Anyway, just a suggestion. I’m enjoying...

    I have not seen the mirror mounts with two bolt supports on the top. Mine look like this.

    JPar & Mopardude I think the mirrors are on the wrong sides. If you switch them around you will be able to rotate them and get the proper height. The mirror pivot should be below the centerline of the mirror.
