Look and see if there are cut outs on the underside of the trunk. Matte black finish. Do you have the mounting brackets?

The body guy that is fixing the ares that I dropped the rim on said he has tried and it didn't work out. He isn't a hack a backyard type. He has a professional shop so I got a little nervous. Thanks guys I will have to think about this.

How abbout a duster stripe down the side? Has anyone ever done that? I thought about doing a longitdal on my 75 scamp from a 73 duster.

They are good littlr engines. Depends what you want it for. If you want tire shredding power than it will need alot of work. If you want a cool little cruiser than you are in. Is it the numbers matching motor?

Yes, all 340 71 Dusters came with the sharktooth grill.

Can you use the bumper brackets off the 72? That might let it fit better.

I talked to the guy who hung my quearters on my scamp and the latest thing is gluing the panels. As far as where to cut I'm not sure. I know you need to overlap the panels a little. I think after you cut you bend the stationary panel in to allow the overlap. Good luck. Take your time.
