Thanks 70dart.... the wheels were 15" small bolt ( brushed aluminum ) trick wheels which where on it when I found it. ( in a barn ) in Pa. They did look good on the car but I just liked the 14" SS Cragar look better.... guess I'm just old school !! Good Luck with your Swinger, is it a 340...

When I got my dart done, I found out just what it took to do one the way you want it. I helped in the guy that did mind, several evenings after work and also many weekends. I came away knowing why they charge what they do....They earn it !!! The sanding , the blocking..over and over again...

That's one nice dart you're starting with...Good Luck. As for the Hemi... it's makes an awesome but very $$$ ride. A friend of mind took a 69 ( swinger) 6cyl. car and cloned it into a 68 hemi dart. Went with the create hemi didn't spare any expense. Did the rear wheel wells right and tube...
