Yes, that’s ideal, ottoman of the shackle rearward. Straight up and down is what the MP book called acceptable IIRC.

I have used the ESPO 6 leaf springs. 1 Inch I over bend. It gives it a nice rake, not to high at all. Thumbs up to them here.

Yes and yes. Though you could use a lowering block also sold through Mancini racing. There are various thicknesses. I used a 2 inch block on B body S/S springs which brought it back to a stock ride height.

I wouldn’t touch it. But IF you really need to straighten it out…. Wide vise grips. Regular ones are narrow at the jaws front and may do it but the wider ones may help in one shot bending. The narrower jaws may require multiple takes. No big deal ether way.

Pick two, that’s all you’re gonna get under reasonably priced. Remove reasonably priced and you can have 2 out of 3.
