My A100 also has the small tube at the top of the tank , and connects to the top of the fill neck. So how does this type of system vent, if the cap is non vented ? just asking cause can not see how it would vent ?? unsure ?

Can anyone tell me if the 69-70 Charger Flip top gas caps were vented, or non vented? I want to put one on my A100 pickup. According to rockauto my 64 A100 uses a vented anti surge gas cap.

My Summit cam is for low end torque/good fuel mileage 204/214 .420/.442 112 LSA. (1200-4800rpm) I do have a fresh set of 302 heads. As for mileage , I have not driven it enough yet. Yeah I bought the Edelbrock required plate. And I also have a 1" perbolic 4 hole spacer that fits square bore carbs.

So a smaller carb will increase my total engine vacuum. Right

I think I will be rebuilding my thermoquad. The float setting is 29/32" with nitrophyl floats. but I've read that if you use Brass floats it should be set different ? Why? So what should the setting be with brass floats ??
