Didn't run when I bought it though. It was a project motor for me.

Guess I should've been more clear, everything from the manifold to the headers no electrical stuff like wiring harness or starter. I'd say only worth a carb conversion cause that's what I was going to do. Not sure on the mileage either. It did run when pulled.

Got a 318 a few months ago to put into the dart but realized it's a bit more costly than I thought. It's a 94 jeep grand Cherokee magnum 318 that's still fuel injected and has all of its parts. Just curious how much I should sell it for!! Thanks :)

how do i tell if my motor is a true 318? shouldnt it have numbers somewhere?

What does stroker mean? I hear it a lot and how can I tell if the motor I got is a 318?

since its a newer motor, shouldn't it already have a pickup tube? is it a good idea to use a screen or is it mandatory on the tube?

oh and i think im gonna just do a 2bbl carb to start, dont care much for efi even though i know its much better for winter and more reliable and better gas mileage.

I've been offered a 94 jeep cherokee 318 for the price of "get it out of my shop and its yours". its fuel injected and has problems so it WILL need a rebuild. can i even put this motor in my car let alone use it with my darts slant 6 tranny???
